Mosquitoes breeding at Blk 517B Jurong West

The drains in and around Blk 517B jurong West Str 52 (Multi-storey car park) are choked and filled with stagnant water.
And I saw mosquitoes larva breeding at Deck 5B.
Appreciate it if NEA officers could check it out.
Will NEA be imposing a fine on West Coast Town council?
