See these photos are taken on 13th Apr.
To date, these drop inlet chamber are still choked with leaves.
These leaves were there since the heavy rain in Dec 06.
Of course, if Anson road is flooded again, the usual excuse will the
"The storm was an intense one and the amount of rainfall that fell was 105mm, the bulk of which fell in a twenty minutes period at about 3pm. This rainfall was very intense when we compare it to the average rainfall for the whole month of Apr which is only 178.9mm in a typical year. Prior to this occasion, we have not had feedback of flooding at this location."
